Sump Pump and Basement Waterproofing System Maintenance:

Sump Pump: When servicing your sump pump, its automatic switch is checked as well as the operation of all sump pumps. The pumps are cleaned, and we purge the liner of sediment and dirt. If you have an UltraSump Backup Sump Pump, we check its battery for voltage. The float switch for the pump, as well as the intake and check valve, are all inspected. The battery on the WaterWatch alartm is changed, and the whole system is flooded and tested.

Walls and Perimeter System: If you have DryTrak installed, we flood the system and check for leaks. If loose, our basement wall systems are tucked back into the system. SaniDry: The SaniDry Dehumidifier's pre-filter is cleaned and all knobs are checked. The drain tube is inspected and the main filter is replaced. Once this has been completed, the system is oiled and inspected for general issues.

Outside: We check the discharge line for operation and for the possibility of freezing. The downspouts are checked , our window wells are inspected, cleaned and graded, and the caulking is inspected.

Other: Your service technician will do a general inspection, seeking out any possible problems. Solutions will either be suggested or implemented to make sure that your basement is working better then ever.
